How To Prepare for an EE System Session

To prepare for your session and maximize comfort:

  • Arrive a few minutes early to settle in

  • Use the restroom beforehand if needed

  • Dress warmly and wear comfortable clothing

  • Avoid heavy meals immediately before your session

  • Stay lightly hydrated

During Your Session

  • Remain seated or reclined

  • Allow your body to rest without expectation

  • You may notice sensations such as warmth, tingling, emotional release, or mild nausea

  • Notify staff immediately if you feel uncomfortable

Responses vary from person to person and session to session.


After Your Session

  • Take your time standing up

  • Hydrate with water

  • Eat lightly if needed

  • Avoid rushing immediately back into high-stimulation activities

Some clients may experience temporary effects such as fatigue, emotional sensitivity, or mild nausea afterward. These sensations are typically short-lived and vary by individual.
