To prepare for your session and maximize comfort:

Arrive a few minutes early to settle in

Use the restroom beforehand if needed

Dress warmly and wear comfortable clothing

Avoid heavy meals immediately before your session

Stay lightly hydrated
During Your Session

Remain seated or reclined

Allow your body to rest without expectation

You may notice sensations such as warmth, tingling, emotional release, or mild nausea

Notify staff immediately if you feel uncomfortable
Responses vary from person to person and session to session.
After Your Session

Take your time standing up

Hydrate with water

Eat lightly if needed

Avoid rushing immediately back into high-stimulation activities
Some clients may experience temporary effects such as fatigue, emotional sensitivity, or mild nausea afterward. These sensations are typically short-lived and vary by individual.
