Refund policy

At 7LC WELLNESS, customer satisfaction is important. Please read carefully:

-Supplements: For health and safety reasons, supplements are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened. 

-Meditation Sessions & Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit or reschedule. No-shows are non-refundable. All packages must be used within 1 year of purchase date. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges. 

If an item is defective please call us within 48 hours of delivery. 

All meditation studio/EE system/ packages have a one year expiry date unless otherwise noted. Recurring memberships will be prorated from the date of purchase and then charged on the first Monday of each month. For any issues please contact us at info@7lcwellness.com
